Content management is 20 percent technology and 80 percent process. I will model your existing or prospective CMS using building blocks of people, content, practices and infrastructure, and make explicit how the new tools and process are likely to affect people's jobs and enlist their support for productive change. My goal is to streamline workflows to optimize time to market and reduce content overhead.

My analysis services span requirements planning, management, elicitation, analysis and communication, from project inception to production. In assessing vendors and solutions I gather the requirements, write the RFP, narrow the respondents down to a short list then conduct a bakeoff, often through a proof of concept implementation. Once a vendor is selected I verify the correctness of the proposed solution, how to implement the solution, and how to mitigate any risks in the implementation. By involving stakeholders in each phase I ensure that they stay engaged and have a view into the project's progress and velocity and a shared understanding of the requirements and how they will be implemented.
